Kasie’s enthusiasm for wellness also hasn’t been “traditional.” Her interests began after she made her own lifestyle changes and saw just how powerful nutrition and movement can be not only for our physical health, but for our mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well.

She started at Unity Fitness as a participant in a structured nutrition and workout program in 2017 and has been a member ever since. Through her involvement and newfound interests in nutrition, she earned her Nutrition Precision Nutrition Level 1 certificate, and with the encouragement and support from the Unity coaching team, also earned her CPT.
